About Us
Mark and Lynnette have lived in the Greater Greenville area for over 22 years and have been in the building and design industries for decades. Mark has overseen the construction process of hundreds of new homes here in the south. From that process he has taken his master craftsmanship abilities and industry knowledge, and paired it with Lynnette's design and vision for properties. Lynnette, owner of Carolina Custom Windows, enjoys taking Mark and Jeremiah's era-specific custom plans and adding a design element that ties the new with the old when it comes to farmhouse style, arts and crafts, traditional, or anything in between.
Jeremiah and Lydia Johnson have lived in the Greater Greenville area for over 19 years. Jeremiah has spent his years in the south working with homeowners on multi-million dollar projects throughout North and South Carolina. He has overseen the infrastructure, and builds of over a dozen million dollar-plus home renovations and new construction residential projects. His area of expertise include budgeting, estimating, and execution of large-scale projects. Lydia, partner at GreenvilleOne Marchant Real Estate, enjoys marketing the era-specific home projects that Silverline Inc places on the market each year.
